Terri Lyne Carrington - Drum Solo | Oct 7th

Terri Lyne Carrington is a drummer, educator and producer from Massachusetts U.S.A. In her career to date, she has performed or recorded with many influential jazz musicians including Herbie Hancock, Dizzy Gillespie, Clark Terry, and the Yellowjackets as well as being the house drummer for the Arsenio Hall show for a period of time. She collaborated with the late Geri Allen, Esperanza Spalding, Patrice Rushen, Sheila E and Cassandra Wilson (amongst others) in 2011 for an all women project called The Mosaic Project. She has won 3 Grammys and is the founder of the Berklee Institute of Jazz and Gender Justice.

This is an extended dum solo, playing with Dianne Reeves, Chris Severin and Renato Neto (who played with Prince for many years) over Cole Porters 'Love for Sale'.
