I'm very proud to have written a chapter in the Oxford Handbook of Feminism and Music Education entitled 'Black Feminist Thought in UK Music Education'. It's an honour to be included in this book next to so many great scholars and researchers 🙌🏾
My chapter explores the representation of Black women in UK music education, and how using a Black feminist lens can add greater depth and fresh perspectives for all students, but especially for Black girls and women.
