I had the pleasure of having a great chat with Dr. Jim Frankel, the Founder and Director of MusicFirst - a company dedicated to providing world class software, resources, and content to music teachers and students around the world. While we focused on technology in music education, the conversation touched on many aspects of education, from access to race, to pedagogy and visions for the future. Yes, there is a digital divide and we want more young people to have more access - but at what cost?

The biggest highlight of the scheme is transparency – since funds are directly transferred to the beneficiary’s bank account, there is no scope for middlemen. The PM Kisan Samman Nidhi is definitely a significant step in ensuring farmers’ financial stability and empowerment.
